With over 16 years of experience at the Zambian Bar, Hastings Siakoola Pasi is a Founding Partner of Mando & Pasi Advocates and an Advocate of the Superior Courts of Zambia. He is a member of the Law Association of Zambia, the Chartered Institute of Arbitration, and an accredited Insolvency Practitioner. His experience spans corporate advisory services, commercial litigation, arbitration, mediation, and contract negotiations. Before co-founding the firm, Hastings represented leading organisations across the mining, banking, telecommunications, and manufacturing sectors, including Barrick Gold, First Quantum Minerals, MTN Zambia, Stanbic Bank Zambia, and Konkola Copper Mines. A key highlight of his career includes contributing to the restructuring of the Zambia assets portfolio of China Non-Ferrous Metals, culminating in a Hong Kong Stock Exchange IPO that raised approximately US$500 million.

Mando Mulao Mwitumwa is a Partner of Mando & Pasi Advocates with over 16 years of experience at the Zambian Bar. He is an Advocate of the Superior Courts of Zambia, an accredited Insolvency Practitioner, and holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in Commercial Law from the University of Zambia. His practice focuses on conveyancing, commercial litigation, labour matters, and land law. Throughout his career, he has represented more than 5,000 clients in employment and labour-related matters and has advised both individuals and corporate entities on a broad range of legal issues. Mando has acted for notable organisations including Airtel Networks Zambia Plc, Invest Trust Bank, Zambia National Building Society, and the Zambia Development Agency. He currently leads the firm’s Lusaka office and continues to play a key role in complex commercial and property-related matters.
